Natalie "True" Parks, Chairman & Festival Director of Reel Time Film Festival, is a Brooklyn, New York native. Her parents are from the beautiful island of Jamaica. While growing up in NYC, she fell in love w/the bright lights of her hometown and dreamed of being a Superstar. Music is her 1st love, but film is her passion. She is a Writer and an Independent Filmmaker. Natalie wants to give the Independent Artist an opportunity to display their work.
What does Indie mean? The term Indie is short for "independent" and refers to the artistic creations outside the commercial mainstream, without the support of a major movie studio, major record label, or other source of a large budget.
Wisdom rests in the heart of one who has understanding, and is even made known in the inward part of fools.
-Prov. 14:33

Reel Time Film Festival is a not for profit organization dedicated to promoting and developing artists such as Filmmakers, Composers, Actors, and Writers creative visions. RTFF is a program that supports the creation of new work in the performing arts. This is a new organization with a lot of room for growth. My goal is to help others, help their selves, by bringing their creative work to a public forum. I will work toward the cost of launching and institutionalizing a national arts fellowships program for artist.
